Painting with a Twist was founded in 2007 in the wake of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. The Founders wanted to create a “carefree escape” - a place where people could come together and forget their struggles for a little while. The business was an immediate hit and the paint & sip concept was born. The brand began franchising in 2009 and today there are more than 220 studios in 39 states across the United States.
Our franchise concept is simple. We’re a creative outlet. We’re not a fine art studio. In fact, our experience is more about the FUN you have than the art you create! Guests come together and sip on their favorite beverage while they paint step-by-step along with our artist-entertainers. No art experience necessary!
